The piece becomes stronger, more resilient, and more beautiful precisely because it was once broken.

70% of the women I coach have successfully carried a pregnancy to birth (2021–2025). Pregnancy and birth are tender and unpredictable. This number is not a cold guarantee. It is a reflection of what unfolds when the mind and body can finally rest out of chronic anxiety and into regulated resilience. When we remove the emotional blocks that keep the nervous system stuck in alarm, possibility shifts. When we practice somatic awareness and learn to steady the body from the "bottom up," we move out of survival mode.

Each session meets you where you are, while gradually supporting integration, release, and renewed connection to yourself and life. This is heart-centred and trauma-informed work — weaving body, emotions, and language, because healing happens when all three are included.

Arriving & Being Seen
A gentle opening to create safety, trust, and clarity. We explore where you are right now — emotionally, mentally, and somatically. Using ontological coaching, reflective dialogue and creative expression through art to express what may feel unspoken.
Session 02
Settling the Nervous System
Grounding and body-based practices to support regulation, helping your system feel safer and more supported as the journey deepens — with mindfulness and Tension Release Exercises (TRE®).
Session 03
Listening to the Body
Invites the body to gently release held tension, stress and anxiety while using creative journaling reflection to integrate sensations, emotions, and insights.
Session 04
Meaning, Identity & Loss
Explore how the loss has shaped your inner world — your sense of self, beliefs, and narratives — while supporting embodied release and regulation with somatic work.
Session 05
Language & Grief
Begin Grief Recovery Method® Heartwork, exploring how language, social conditioning, and unhelpful messages about grief may have shaped your experience.
Session 06
Coping Patterns
Gently identify patterns you may have used to survive — without judgment — bringing awareness to what has helped, and what may no longer serve you.
Session 07
The Grief Journey
A compassionate exploration of your personal grief history, honouring cumulative losses and unprocessed experiences.
Session 08
Relationship & Loss
Focus on the relationship that was lost, allowing space for emotional truth, love, pain, and incomplete emotional communication.
Session 09
Recovery Actions
Supports gentle emotional completion, helping you express what has remained unsaid and release the lingering emotional weight of what you wish could be better, more or different.
Session 10
Communication & Integration
Explore healthier ways of communicating and expressing emotions — including grief — with yourself and others to support integration and ongoing care beyond the programme.
Session 11
Embodied Integration
A return to the body to support deeper integration of the emotional work completed, while reflecting on shifts, insights, and inner changes.

Closing, Honouring & Forward Presence
A gentle closing to honour your journey, acknowledge growth and resilience, and support a grounded, compassionate relationship with life moving forward.
